Founder & Behavior Analyst

Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 17 years of experience supporting individuals with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and significant behavioral challenges. She has worked in public schools, residential programs, and community-based settings, often where behavioral intensity was high and consistent structure was essential.

She created Bx Support to make behavioral resources more accessible to the people who use them every day: teachers, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, administrators, and direct support staff. Her work is rooted in applied behavior analysis and guided by a commitment to practicality, flexibility, and trauma-informed support. Each tool is designed to reduce stress, build meaningful skills, and support the development of systems that work in real-world conditions.
